The Snowy River Caravans Tasmania Super 440 at Symmons Plains Raceway delivered thrilling action in the Repco Supercars Championship this past weekend.
Broc Feeney dominated the event, securing victories in Race 11 and Race 12 on Saturday. In Race 11, Thomas Randle initially led with Boost Mobile Qualifying Pole Position, before Feeney overtook him at the hairpin and maintained his lead after pit stops, finishing 7.937 seconds ahead. Race 12 saw Feeney start from Boost Mobile Pole Position, building a strong lead early on and ultimately claiming his 100th career Supercars win.
Race 13 was a strategic battle that boiled down to another close finish in the 2025 Repco Supercars Championship. Matt Payne was able to fend off Feeney's desperate move off the final corner to claim his third Repco Race Win of 2025 by a shocking 0.0550 seconds.
The event also featured aerial stunt shows, fan meet-and-greets in the streets of Hobart on Wednesday afternoon and Launceston on Thursday, and a Mother’s Day celebration, making it a spectacular weekend for motorsport enthusiasts.
